Lotus baked oats

Ingredients:
30g ground oat flakes
20g whey (recommendation; salted caramel or vanilla)
5g baking powder
Sweetness of your choice (I have taken ESN Flavn ‘Tasty Vanilla Caramel)
1 pinch of salt
100g banana
100g egg whites or 1 egg
1 sip of water if necessary
1-2 teaspoons of lotus spread
1 lotus biscuit

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees top / bottom heat. First mix all dry ingredients then add the liquid ingredients and mash the banana and add it as well. Mix everything well. Grease the baking pan or fill the silicone baking pan with half the mixture. Put lotus cream in the center and cover with the other half of the dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
